Therapy gets really expenses with having a copay with every session. Also, they only give me only a few exercises at a time. I want to be able to move along accordingly and have all the exercises at hand. In my family, lower back pain is common. Having the Low Back Pain Program, by Sherwin Nicholson, has helped me within just a couple weeks. It lays it all out for you from mindset, to preparation to a variety exercises to do ranging from limited mobility to challenging exercises. There are diagrams of muscles and exercise that demonstrate what each exercise should be focusing on and how to do them properly. Finally, there are charts to document the level of difficulty for each exercise and to track your progression.

I received two silicone baking mats and one bonus spatula. I have never used silicone baking mats so I was a little skeptical especially since they had a tacky feeling. To my surprise they worked great! I baked some homemade chocolate chip cookies. I did grease the mats just to be safe before I placed the Dough on the mats. They mats withheld the over heat of 325* and my cookies came out perfect. They did not stick to the mats, and they evenly cooked and were golden brown! I recommend for all baking enthusiast! Booth Honey Almond Nourishing Bath & Body Wash.  Let me tell you it smells fabulous and works wonders!  Also, it is paraben, sulfate, mineral oil and petrolatum free.    It is lathers well making for a good silky smooth cleaning.  It is very hydrating and I saw noticeably smoother skin within just a few uses.  I definitely recommend this especially for those Winter months.

Excellent SportifyMe Activity Belt. I received a large light blue belt. It is vibrant in color, making me feel more safe when I run since. I am typically a size 12 and it fit perfect. It didn't slide or roll up or down when I was running, it stayed perfectly in place. It has slits In the belt that acts pockets that allow me to put my key, cards, money and inhaler in. They are made of strong stainless steel and are very well made. They have a peg on the rim to ensure the two sides match correctly and the clamp securely holds the two sides closely together to ensure the mesh ball doesn't come apart in your cup or thermos. I even accidentally dropped one closed and it didn't make a dent or open up. Overall, this keeps my tea clean from loose tea leaves and allows me to have a fresh cup of tea. I love it! Rabbit Hole Hay

I have a mini lop rabbit, Nella, that absolutely loves Rabbit Hole Hay. I received a box of 1.5 lbs of hay. Immediately upon opening the box, you could smell the freshness of the hay. It was not stale and it had a healthy green color. I gave some to Nella right away and she had no issues eating it and actually finished it rather quickly compared to her old store brand. It is rich with fiber and keeps heron a healthy diet. It is also great for her teeth by keeping them at a healthy length. I have very thick and wavy hair, so finding a straightener that works well is crucial for me to manage it. I have used drug store straighteners all the way to the high end professional lines. I have to say that this ISA Professional Flat Iron Straightener surpasses all the drug store straightener and is very comparable to the high end professional lines.  

It comes in a very nice sliding box. The iron it self is lightweight and looks very classy with its black handle and red ceramic plates. The temperature reaches up to 450* and is easily read by the LCD screen. To set the temperature, there are two arrow buttons for decreasing and increasing the temperature. It heats up very quickly.

When straightening my hair, I divided it into 1" x 2" sections. The straightener quickly straightened my hair with just 2-3 passes over each section. I even could curl my hair under very easily. My only complaint is that sometimes my hair would get caught in between where the plate and plastic meets. Overall, this straightener works amazing!
