prepping my food for the week so easy! They help me to balance and
regulate my food portions with my proteins, greens and carbs. Not only

I received a total of four BPA free bento boxes with different color lids. This plastic is thick and durable. They aren't too large, so they are very easy to carry into work. They are microwavable so I can heat up my food straight from the container. Also, clean up is very easy, either just wash with warm water and dish soap or throw in the dish washer.
