This Fiber Supplement is great. It doesn't
taste bad, it mixes well with water and juices and I feel better
everyday that I use it. I use one tablespoon and mix it in my orange
juice in the morning. I find that it helps me stay regular day in and
day out. I feel like I am lighter and have less bloat. It has been
working great so far! I received this item for free in exchange for my
honest and unbiased review.
