This is a beautiful hand made 5" Tibetan Singing Meditation Bowl. It comes in a red box with a green lid. Inside stores a wooden mallet, the singing bowl and a red cushion. The bowl is made from a brass that is very durable and sturdy. The design is simple and smooth. Allowing for my mind to be calm and still while meditating.

The singing bowl makes a beautiful humming tone. The easiest way for my to make it sing is to take the wooden mallet and tap the side of the bowl. Overall, this bowl has been proven to be a great mediation for me to clear my mind to reduce my stresses. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
