It absolutely worked great! It was just as effective as the ones at physical therapy. I can adjust the intensity and pulsing at my leisure. The intensity does get very strong, so this little machine packs a punch and really does the job! It has 8 programmed modes and can adjust the length of time per treatment. Ahhhhhh.....My feet feel so refreshed after using this Tea Tree Mint Foot Soak! I coach college softball so I am on my feet near all day recruiting and practicing with my team. My feet are always killing me by the end of the day and I always am in desperate need for some relief. I have been using this foot soak every other day for the past two weeks and it has truly made a big difference in my symptoms that I have at the end of the day. The Conversation Handbook is an excellent self help book.  It goes through different techniques and exercises that you can do to help improve conversations and improve social skills.  It allows you be self assess your strengths and weaknesses and how to improve on them.

Furthermore,  it gives some great ideas on conversation starters and how to avoid the awkward silences.  Also, how to improve a boring conversation.  For example, think of sentences and not one concept, fill conversation with emotions and keep the conversation on an interesting top.  By utilizing these tips, you are ensure that the conversation will flow smoothly and have effective communication.

These wine glasses are so beautiful and really add pizzazz to the dinner table to make it classy! You can really tell the artistry and time put into the making of these! The colors really are vibrant and pop.  The same design, yet each having their unique touch of differences. The stem is sturdy that supports the large glass to hold my favorite wine. Definitely larger and taller than my standard wine glasses and probably could hold just about a whole bottle of wine.

I was able to try these peel pads from Snagshout.com.  I paid $5.00 for them with free shipping and handling since I am an Amazon Prime Member.  Here is what I thought of the Eternity Peel Pads...

OMG! This is a great peel. Similar quality to what I get at the doctor's office. They are super convenient and very saturated, so one peel pad per treatment works perfectly!

I started the peel process by prepping my face, washing it with my perfect image salicylic acid cleanser and then rubbing alcohol on my face to remove the oils (wait for my face to completely dry). I then applied the peel on my face, neck and decolletage in upward strokes (never downward strokes!). To intensify the treatment, I added a second coat of the peel. It will sting during the peel process and leave you a bit red but your skin will look and feel beautiful afterwards. I recommend having a fan or blow dryer (cool setting) handy so you can put cool air on your face in case the burning gets a bit intense.

After I use the Eternity Peel Pads, I use a Vitamin C serum and an intense hydration moisturizer to ensure maximum effectiveness for the peel. I did not get any peel/flaking immediately after.

Since this is a level 2 peel, I do recommend exercising extreme caution and following the instructions EXACTLY so that you do not end up burning, scabbing or risking hyper pigmentation of your skin. Also, exercising or be out in the sun within 48-72 hours of having this peel is not advised since your skin will be hyper sensitive. Be sure to use your sunscreen!

Overall, I highly recommend this peel and extremely excited to continue to use this peel so see results!
