Awesome probiotic! Comes in a plastic, easy to dispense flip top bottle of 60 pearls. The bottle says I can take up to 3 a day, but I take two, one in the morning and one before bed. I have found that Power Peal Probiotic has helped me digest my foods easier than without taking anything. Also, I have noticed that if I have some heartburn, it and calms my stomach. It has also helped me minimize my gas, bloating, and constipation systems.

Furthermore, they have helped me curve my junk food cravings. When I feel I am about to give in to temptation, I take 2 and it really helps take the cravings away.
