They are a gluten free, non-GMO, non-dairy probiotic blend that contains
50 billion CFUs. I love the high CFUs because I only have to take one
capsule in the morning. Some of the other probiotics I have tried are
around 10 or 20 CFUs so I have take a 2-3 at a time. So I really enjoy
